Projects Fair

Project Fair is a place to be for every interested person looking for new and promising projects. Every year, lots of start-up and indie developers come to the KRI Project Fair to show off their latest works. They are looking for a publishers, both domestic or Western publishers, and many of them walk away from the show with a signed contract.

Any genre, any setting, any kind of gameplay is available at Project Fair, from top-down 2D arcade titles to sophisticated MMORPGs. Russia is a home for many talented young teams, who are willing to invest their time and effort into games. In fact, many of the projects shown at Project Fair during previous KRIs were at the same quality level as top-notch games shown at KRI Expo.

Publishers are constantly on a hunt for new game developing talents. At Project Fair, there's no need to hunt, since every developer showing his work at KRI is willing to sign a contract.

'KRI is a perfect launchpad both for young teams and seasoned vets of the domestic gaming industry. We managed to pitch our first project to a publisher at the first KRI, and soon it was on shelves', - says Grigory Grigorian, CEO of Geleos company.

'KRI was extremely useful for us. We met new interesting people there, got a chance to show our project to major companies. A couple months later we signed a contract with publisher. Also we met gaming journalists there who soon prepared materials on our game, which later proved very useful. Project Fair is a real chance for young team to show off', - says Alexander Ishenko, director of the DVS Studio company that is currently working on a project called Ascension to the Throne.
