Rules of participation in KRI Awards
General regulations
"KRI Awards" is presented to companies, projects and individuals.
Individuals may only be nominated for "Industrial prize" and
"Press prize".
"KRI Awards" winners are determined by Jury appointed
by Organizational Committee.
Jury is formed exclusively by people directly involved in
game industry and game industry-related members of the press.
No payment is required for Jury members' registration at
KRI 2006. Jury members are provided with special "KRI Awards
Jury Member" badge.
Jury members vote by filling in special forms. Completed
forms must be signed and delivered to Organizational Committee
before 12:00, April 03, 2006.
Jury voting is considered valid under the stipulation
that at least 50% completed forms are delivered by 12:00, April 03, 2006.
Counting of votes is performed at the Returning Board
meeting. Returning Board consists of Jury and Organizational
Committee members. Meeting is planned for 12:00, April 03, 2006.
Project regulations
Projects must be presented for competition either without
nomination or with desired nomination to draw Jury's attention
to their prior advantages (e.g., "Best game sound"). Project's
final nomination is determined by Jury.
All the competitor projects must necessarily be
presented at KRI 2006.
Competitor projects are demonstrated at KRI Expo
(at any stand or Project Fair, labeled as "KRI Awards nominee"
on the display)
Jury members are obliged to examine all the projects,
make out grades in a special form and deliver it to Organizational
Committee completed and signed before 12:00 April 03, 2006.
Companies regulations
Companies must be presented for competition with the certain nomination.
Company must provide its profile and (optionally) PowerPoint
presentation for each nomination to Organizational Committee
(info@kriconf.ru)
before February 28, 2006.
Jury members are obliged to examine all the materials, make out
grades in a special form and deliver it to Organizational Committee
completed and signed before 12:00 April 03, 2006.
